These terms of use include class action waivers

Genius Import Export operates an online platform that helps connect those providing online media promotional content creation (each person is called an "Genius Import Export") with individuals or businesses who want to use online media content to promote their products or services ( each person Matching calls for "advertisers"). Creating online media content to promote specific products and services is referred to as "events" in this article.

The following terms of use (these "terms of use") constitute an agreement between the Genius Import Export and you.

By accessing and using the platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of use and comply with these terms of use. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by these terms of use, do not access or use the platform.

As a condition of using the platform, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live; (ii) you will use the platform following these terms of use.

The platform is only used to:

(i) assist advertisers in collecting information about the various types of campaign opportunities and Genius Import Exports available on the platform, including personal data, price ranges, and descriptions of Genius Import Exports (each, "Genius Import Export Profile" ).

Changes to terms of use:

Advertiser Terms :

The following terms apply to advertisers on the platform:

Genius Import Export does not sell likes, followers, subscribers, views, retweets, comments, clicks, or traffic.
Genius Import Export If the promotional image does not meet their content guidelines, the Genius Import Export reserves the right to reject any request.
Genius Import Exports may need more information before Campaign Genius Import Exports and Genius Import Export are not responsible for delays caused by their failure to respond to reasonable requests for additional information.
Allow Genius Import Exports to contact you or update your activity status up to 72 hours after the scheduled post time. Cancellation and refund policy of the advertiser.
If you cancel a message because it has not been posted within 72 hours of your preferred time, all payments related to the message will be refunded to your account balance.
If the Genius Import Export refuses to post your message because you do not comply with the Genius Import Export's content or advertising policies, all payments related to the message will be refunded to your account balance.
Once your outcry order changes from pending status to running status, your payment will not be refunded.
No refund will be given for orders that are not completed correctly due to advertiser errors (for example, forgetting to enter your user name, entering the wrong user name, forgetting to enter the link, etc.).

Genius Import Export Terms:

The following terms apply to Genius Import Exports on the platform:

You must own, have administrative rights, or have appropriate advertising relationships on behalf of the account\/Genius Import Export you provide services for.
You may not solicit opinions from advertisers other than Genius Import Export regarding the payment of your Genius Import Export orders. All payments are processed by Genius Import Exports.
If you are unable to post a message or the message conflicts with your advertising or content policy, you must notify Genius Import Export within 48 hours of receiving the order.
You may not modify, change or edit the title and media attachments of the submitted order. Instead, cancel the order and notify us.
You must not publicly share your views on Genius Import Export orders (comments, direct messages, order titles).
Our software will check whether it has issued a screaming command, but you must take a screenshot of each scream and upload it to our system.
Only when the order is completed through the Genius Import Export software (website or mobile app) will the scream posted be compensated.
If you do not post more than two consecutive orders, you may be removed from Genius Import Export and your sales rights may be permanently suspended.
if you do not upload a screenshot (or provide a link) of the stopped order, your withdrawal will not be processed until you provide proof of release and are verified by Genius Import Export.
If you delete your Genius Import Export social media account, your pending withdrawal request will not be processed or paid.
You must comply with all the rules and policies of the social media platform on which you maintain your account.
f advertisers and financial institutions dispute the deposit, Genius Import Export reserves the right to withdraw funds from your balance.
If you violate these terms of use, your account will be terminated, your sales rights will be permanently suspended, and you will lose any balance in your account.
Genius Import Exports who interact with advertisers outside the platform are responsible for paying the Genius Import Exports what they would otherwise pay to the Genius Import Exports.

Grant of license

Following these terms of use, Genius Import Export grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform and the platform services. By these terms of use, you grant Genius Import Export a permanent, transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, global, and fully sublicensable license to access, collect, store and use any data, information, records and files (collectively referred to as "User Content"), you upload, transmit or enter the platform, or we collect from your local computer system or a third party with your permission.

Genius Import Export may, at its sole discretion, terminate your user account and your access to and use of the platform and platform services at any time without notice. When Genius Import Export makes a request, you will immediately stop and stop such access or use.

If you cancel or suspend your use or access to the platform due to your violation of these terms of use, you will lose any amount in the Genius Import Export account at the time of termination.

After your access to the platform or your user account is terminated, interrupted, or canceled, all terms of these terms of use (which should continue to be valid by their nature) will continue to be valid, including but not limited to ownership provisions, guarantee exemptions, and liabilities Restrictions and dispute resolution clauses.
