If Genius Import Export is unable to complete the task assigned by the brand/ team within the given period or then, the entire amount will be refunded back to you within a certain period and If the Genius Import Export completes the task; only then the amount will be deducted.

If you terminate a Campaign Agreement after the Application Deadline, the Campaign Commission (and, subject to the Campaign Agreement, the Content Creator Fees) shall become immediately payable and due.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, as the same may be modified by the Payment Processor from time to time. As a condition of us enabling payment processing services through the Payment Processor, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about you, and you authorize us to share such info with the Payment Processor together with transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by the Payment Processor.
